I know, it is that time of the year... We're all looking back into what we've accomplished in 2010 and thinking about New Years resolution for 2011. This article talks about writing a prospective performance review. I think it's a good idea, even if you don't have to go through a formal Annual Performance Review at work. It's useful for goal setting and focusing. And also, you can always use it at the end of next year to balance up goals and accomplishments!
