I don't agree 100% with the article, however it does discuss some very good points: Unfortunately the print newspaper days are slowly coming to an end, and employers are increasingly using online job boards to attract candidates. Having said that, candidates are feeling more and more frustrated with the impersonal response (or no response at all!) they are getting, they're becoming "application number 105". My advice is be proactive, pick up the phone, knock on doors! And yes, do revise your CV to include detail, but keep it succinct. We have great CV writing tips in our website, check them out!

As a candidate, where do you think you'll look for jobs in the future? If the trend is newspapers dying and job boards been too overcrowded, where would you go?

As a manager, what do you think the trend will be? Candidates coming through your own website to find jobs?
